Dr Zimmermann was chair and professor of constitutional law at Murdoch University from 2007 to 2017. The second half of this interview is with another law  professor who does not agree that sect51 is relevant for states.

Thanks for the link. I want to believe he's right!

The link I provided disputes it based on the states having seperate powers.

The question becomes how one best challenges termination based on this argument?
